Two new highway research projects were launched in cooperation with my friend Dr. Ahmad Bensaeed. These two new projects are registered in the MS program at the Academy of Graduate Studies (Tripoli, Libya). Two civil engineers will carry out these projects:
- Mr. Abdulaziz El-Bawey - Quality Control in Highway Construction
- Mr. Khalifa Saad Khalifa - Highway Maintenance Manual
These two project will span for 7 months and expected to end by September 2007.
